This programme consists of 4 one hour* sessions over 4 weeks, including free access to recorded resources and email support that will help amplify the work we do in between sessions.

5 one hour* private sessions
Smoking Cessation package - from** £400
An intensive package consisting of Three sessions over two or three days, with 4 hours of 1-2-1 time.
This is usually enough for the vast majority of clients. Any additional sessions required will be charged at the standard rate.
VirtueBand® Virtual Gastric Band for Weight Loss - from** £400
Provided over 4 sessions, with 3 sessions weekly and the fourth session a month later.
